1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Crikey Equestrian, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Services

Crikey Equestrian provides specialised horse livery and training services including but not limited to:

• Sales Livery
• Breaking & Backing
• Schooling & Groundwork
• Holiday Livery
• Post-Surgery & Rehabilitation

3. Service Agreement

All services are subject to a separate livery agreement which will be provided upon acceptance of your horse at our facility. This agreement will detail:

• Specific services to be provided
• Duration of stay
• Fees and payment terms
• Care specifications for your horse

4. Health and Safety

All horses must be up to date with vaccinations and have a current passport. We reserve the right to refuse admission or request removal of any horse that:

• Shows signs of contagious disease
• Poses a danger to staff, other horses, or property
• Requires care beyond our capabilities

5. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution in the care of horses at our facility:

• Crikey Equestrian shall not be liable for any injury, disease, or death of any horse except where caused by our negligence
• Owners are strongly advised to maintain appropriate insurance for their horses
• We are not responsible for any consequential losses arising from injury or illness to horses in our care

6. Payment Terms

Livery fees are payable monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Additional services and veterinary costs will be billed separately. We reserve the right to:

• Charge interest on overdue accounts
• Exercise a lien over horses for unpaid fees
• Require payment in full before releasing a horse

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the livery agreement with 28 days written notice, except in cases of:

• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of health and safety requirements
• Emergency circumstances requiring immediate removal

8. Visitors

All visitors must report to the office upon arrival. Visiting hours are:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: By appointment only

Visitors enter the premises at their own risk and must comply with all safety requirements.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify current clients of any material changes via email or written notice.
